Inspection report

The so-called quality inspection report refers to product safety and performance testing, which can be successfully entered on other platforms such as Tmall, JD.com or supermarkets, or is a reference standard for consumers; different platforms have formulated a series of strict requirements for quality inspection reports. According to different products, different industries, and different categories, GB national standards, industry standards and e-commerce standards have been formulated to carry out quality assessment, make basic evaluations, and analyze the reasons for qualified or unqualified quality. The quality inspection report issued by a laboratory authorized by China Metrology Certification (CMA) and a CNAS testing laboratory accreditation body of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment is required to be effective.

The new application standards in 2011 indicate that the application for flagship, monopoly, and franchise stores in apparel and home textiles must provide at least one test report issued by an institution with CNAS and CMA for each category.

 

In accordance with the three-level specifications (national specifications, ministerial specifications, and the company's own specifications), conduct quality appraisal, give a fundamental comment, and classify the reasons for whether the quality is qualified or unqualified. This is the main part of the quality inspection report. According to the rules of Taobao, Tmall, JD, Amazon and major shopping malls, the submitted quality inspection report must be provided by a third-party prestigious inspection organization with CNAS and CMA qualifications.

 

CNAS: A certificate issued by my country's National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Appraisal, stating that the testing laboratory has testing capabilities.

 

CMA: For my country's metrology certification, only a testing organization recognized by the CMA can be engaged in testing and inspection operations. The quality inspection report promises to carry the CMA mark and has legal effect.

 

Process of quality inspection report:

 

Prepare samples-fill in the test application form-express samples and applications-receive samples and application forms-confirm information, quotation-customer remittance-start testing-send test reports and express invoices.

 

Step 1: Determine the scope of product testing

 

1. Consult the testing agency to explain the purpose of the product report, product characteristics and other information;

2. After receiving the application that meets the requirements, the certification body will issue an acceptance notice to the applicant to notify the applicant to send or post relevant documents and materials.

 

Step 2: Sample reception

 

1. The sample is delivered directly to the designated testing agency by the applicant. After the applicant pays, he fills in the payment voucher as required. The testing agency checks and accepts the collected samples, fills in the sample acceptance report, and issues a sample rectification notice for unqualified samples. Fill in the sample acceptance report after rectification.

2. After the sample is checked and accepted, the testing agency will fill in the sample testing schedule and report it to the certification agency. After receiving the sample testing progress, the certification agency will issue a formal acceptance notice to the applicant, and the testing agency will issue a test task letter to the testing agency, and the sample testing will officially start.

 

The third step: sample testing

 

1. The work that the enterprise should do in the type test stage is: send test samples, required parts and technical data, understand the test progress, and make timely corrections in accordance with the sample test correction notice if there are unqualified items.

2. After the sample test is over, the testing agency will fill in the sample test result notification, and the testing agency will also send the test report and other materials to the certification agency.
