CNAS training improves employees' higher professional and te

Release time:2021-11-23 14:38viewed:times
On November 8, training on the subject of NAS management system-procedure documents (sample management procedures, record management procedures, measurement uncertainty evaluation procedures) was carried out on the basis of the testing and calibration laboratory competence accreditation criteria.

1. Training topic: Sample management procedure

The laboratory shall have procedures for transporting, receiving, disposing, protecting, storing, retaining, cleaning or returning test or calibration items, including all regulations needed to protect the integrity of test or calibration items and the interests of the laboratory and customers. In the process of disposal, transportation, storage/waiting, preparation, testing or calibration, care should be taken to avoid deterioration, contamination, loss or damage of items. The operating instructions provided with the item should be followed.

The laboratory should have a system for clearly identifying test or calibration items. The label shall be kept during the period when the item is in charge of the laboratory. The marking system should ensure that the items are not confused in physical objects, records or other documents. Where appropriate, the identification system should include the subdivision of an item or a group of items and the delivery of items.

When receiving test or calibration items, deviations from the specified conditions shall be recorded. When there is a question about whether the item is suitable for testing or calibration, or when the item does not meet the provided description, the laboratory should ask the customer before starting work for further explanation and record the result of the inquiry. When the customer knows that it has deviated from the specified conditions and still requires testing or calibration, the laboratory shall make a disclaimer in the report and point out the results that the deviation may affect.

If items need to be stored or adjusted under specified environmental conditions, these environmental conditions should be maintained, monitored and recorded.

2. Training topic: Record management procedures

The laboratory shall ensure that the technical record of each laboratory activity contains results, reports and sufficient information to identify the factors that affect the measurement results and their measurement uncertainty when possible, and to ensure that they are as close to the original conditions as possible. Repeat the laboratory activities under. The technical records should include each laboratory activity and the date and person responsible for reviewing the data results. The original observation results, data and calculations should be recorded at the time of observation or acquisition, and should be identified according to specific tasks.

The laboratory shall ensure that the modification of the technical record can be traced back to the previous version or the original observation result. The original and revised data and documents should be preserved, including the date of modification, identifying the content of the modification and the person responsible for the modification.

3. Training topic: Measurement uncertainty evaluation procedure

The laboratory should identify the contribution of measurement uncertainty. When evaluating measurement uncertainty, appropriate analysis methods should be used to consider all significant contributions, including contributions from sampling.

The calibration laboratory, including calibration of its own equipment, shall assess the measurement uncertainty of all calibrations.

The laboratory conducting the test shall assess the measurement uncertainty. When it is difficult to strictly evaluate the measurement uncertainty due to the detection method, the laboratory should perform the evaluation based on the understanding of theoretical principles or the practical experience of using the method.

Note 1: In some cases, the recognized testing methods set limits on the main sources of measurement uncertainty and specify the expression of calculation results. As long as the laboratory complies with the testing methods and reporting requirements, it meets the requirements of 7.6.3 Require.

Note 2: For a specific method, if the measurement uncertainty of the result has been determined and verified, the laboratory does not need to evaluate the measurement uncertainty for each result as long as the laboratory proves that the identified key influencing factors are under control.

Note 3: For more information, see ISO/IEC Guide 98-3, ISO 21748 and ISO 5725 series of standards
